Incorrectly Entered Address Information:

If the address information provided is incorrect, or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase, we will not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, stolen, or incorrectly delivered shipments. It is your responsibility to enter in your address correctly at time of purchase.



 Solution 1.

If your order is still in processing:

If your order status is still processing (meaning I am still making it), it's not shipped yet, and you have realized you entered in an incorrect shipping address, please be sure to contact me with your Order Number, along with your First and Last Name. Please indicate within that message what your correct shipping address is. This is a ONE TIME exception for changing of an address. If you ask me to change it again, I'm canceling your order.

 Solution 2.

If your order has shipped out:

If your order has shipped out and is actively in transit, you can contact the carrier and put in a request with them to re-rout your order to the correct address. To do this, you must provide them with your Tracking Number for your order.
